Should You Sell Your Porn At MyGirlVids.com?

As we continue to make more and more porn, we also look for more and more places to sell our porn. This often means testing the waters at a variety of sites to see if it's worth uploading our collection of 250+ videos to them or not. If you'd like to see where else we sell and how much we make each month, read our Porn Report series.

This post will be about MyGirlVids.com and whether you should sell your videos at MyGirlVids.com. Rather than drag this question out, I'll just give you the answer: NO. No, you should NOT sell your videos at MyGirlVids.com and here's why...

1. It's a small time site. While this alone isn't a big deal, it just doesn't seem to get much traffic overall. I don't get any messages, friend requests, etc. Not a single one. On just about any other site I deal with a constant stream of messages, comments, friend requests, etc every day. To not have anything here tells me this site is dead.

2. No sales. We have had around 50 videos listed on MGV for around 2 months (overall, so not every video has been up that long) and haven't had a single sale. Not one. Ever. That's bad. Very bad. This is really the big reason not to sell here.

3. They often list us on their home page under Top MGV Models. Even right now as I type this they're telling me I'm a Top MGV Model! How can we be a top model if we have never once sold a single video? This leads me to believe the Top MGV Models is totally random, probably because they don't have ANY top models because they likely don't have any sales going on. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my opinion and what my gut tells me.

4. Support. I don't use support on porn sites often but when I do I expect, well, you know, support! With MyGirlVids.com I contacted their support team on Nov 9, 2019 and they say they reply in 24 hours. Well, their 24 hour reply took 11 days.

That's bad. What's worse is that they didn't even answer my question. I asked why I couldn't add people as friends. If I'm logged in the button to do so is literally missing, if I logout it shows up again (Chrome, Edge, doesn't matter) but then you're logged out and thus can't add a friend. I explained this in my reply and never heard back. I emailed 3 more times between then and Dec 15, 2019 and still haven't received a reply. Of course, this likely explains why I don't get friend requests on this site!

5. Their site, while not bad, is a little odd and dated. Not sure why every porn site tries to reinvent the wheel when it comes to uploading, adding, editing, and so on. With every site you have to learn an entirely new system. With MGV, the site just feels a little old and outdated and needs a facelift. To this day, I can't find an "admin" (back end) style page that shows my list of videos on their site. If I search as a customer I can find them but why can't I see a list to easily edit, change prices, etc? Every other site offers this.

Adding videos isn't too bad but they have a very strange 2Gb limit, though if your file is larger they seem to still allow it. Most sites have a 4Gb limit, some are 5Gb, and Pornhub seems to allow just about anything under the sun. So why limit me to 2Gb? Why set your own standard on file limits when 4Gb is the clear standard out there. I've been unable to upload some videos because I can't render them under 2Gb. Silly limit. The form where you enter your details is strange as well but most of the quirks I can live with if we actually had sales. Without sales, though, and those quirks become major annoyances.

Bottom Line

Should you waste your time selling your videos on MyGirlVids.com? I'm going to have to recommend a hard no on that. I didn't expect to sell a lot on MGV but I did expect to get SOME sales. If you can't get me even a handful of sales over a couple of months then I'm not going to upload another 200+ videos to your site.

If you've had better luck I'd love to know about it. Maybe I'm a fluke here, but considering how much data I have on 250-ish videos on many other sites, I feel like my experience is likely the rule and not the exception. If you're looking for better places to sell your porn, read our Porn Report series.

Comments

  1. UPDATE: So no sales on this site EVER and then the day AFTER I write this post we get a single sale. Hmmm, something doesn't smell right here. I smell a shill.

Sorry MGV, going to need to see many more sales than one lone purchase to convince me this site isn't dead and worthless though :)

FAQ: A Little Bit About Milf Stella

I get asked a lot of questions everyday. I mean, a literal metric shit-ton of question (by weight, not volume). Most are personal questions about me and often they're a little too personal so I won't answer them. Other times they're just fine and I answer them. So I figured I'd post some of the most popular questions here. It's going to sound like I'm a bitch, but I'm really not, I just have no patience for morons. How can I see more of you? There is only one way, join one of my Fan Club subscriptions. I'm on MV Crush , Pornhub Fan Club , and OnlyFans . I also have a free YouTube channel . Hey! Hi! How are you? What are you up to? What's new? The single most annoying question I get is a variation on those. It's as if every guy on the planet is one and the same and the unoriginal and most boring person ever. I'm not trying to be rude, but for fuck's sake I don't want to make small talk with you. Do you really care how I'm doi

The Problem With Pornhub Exporting Your Videos To YouPorn, RedTube, and Tube8

I love the majority of how Pornhub works. I like how they allow me to opt in to this service they offer like this one... OPTIONAL SERVICES: Opt-in to automatically protect your content on free websites and gain 5% bonus ad revenue ...which basically says that any video you upload for streaming to Pornhub will only go on Pornhub. You can still sell them as downloads on other sites but you can only stream them on Pornhub. In exchange, they give you a 5% ad revenue bonus (which is peanuts to be clear) but they also protect your content as part of this program. How Does Pornhub Protect My Content? Simple, when they find your videos streaming on other sites they send a DMCA takedown notice to that site to get it removed. You could do this yourself but it's very time consuming. And you sending a DMCA probably doesn't carry the same weight as when Pornhub sends a DMCA. So I opted in to this service so that they can send DMCAs on my behalf. And they have several times and it mostly wor

Morons - Post 1 Of Many

I had a paying member on my Patreon page get all moronic on me. So, I decided to start a new series of posts about morons because I seem to have way too many interactions with complete morons. I'm sharing this with you because it's sort of funny but also so you can understand what it's like to be a girl in the adult industry as well as how not to be a moron yourself. So this guy, let's call him Vic, because, well, that's the name he uses as his profile! Vic is a moron. Not your run of the mill moron, but a colossal moron. Vic joined my Patreon page at the end of March. Literally the end, last day or two of March. If you're not familiar with Patreon at least know that they bill on the 1st of the month, every month you are subscribed. But when you join you're also charged the full fee (based on the subscription tier you choose) at the time you join. There are valid reasons why they do this but basically it means that if you join on March 30 and pay $10 y
