It's not like anyone is asking us why we got into porn, mostly because those who know us don't know we're making porn. Those who watch us online don't know us and are really just interested in watching our hot sex videos. But I feel like this would be a pretty common question to ask any "porn star" (or amateur porn talent).
So what made us do it? Well, we never really even watched porn as a couple. After 20 years of marriage we didn't really need it and only recently watched a little bit of it. Stefano likes it. He's a guy, of course he does! But I found I liked it as well, though usually the more "female friendly" type of porn.
We wanted to try something new. Be adventurous. And, yes, we wanted to make some extra money in the process. We're big fans of the "Do what you love, love what you do" saying. We love fucking each other. We love making money. It just made sense. Plus, we learned a lot about great sex from watching porn so maybe we can teach others too!
So why didn't we combine our two loves (fucking and money) earlier? Not sure really. I don't think it ever really came up because we never watched it together much. We're private people so that probably won over as well. How can you make porn without the world knowing about it? And what if the world (or your friends) find out? These are tough questions you need to ask yourself before making porn.
In our case, we have never associated anything bad with any type of adult or sex related industries. Sex is healthy, as long as it's done safely and consensually by those who are of age. Why sex work is illegal in so many places is mind boggling! Imagine how much happier people would be if they had safe and easy access to sex when they wanted it!
Anyhow, we would like to remain as private as can. But we also had to talk about the "what if" scenarios. What if friends and family found out? Some would be shocked but okay with it. Some may not be all that surprised. Other would be horrified us and maybe disown us. But who cares, fuck those people. Fuck anyone who gets in the way of doing what you want to do with your life (as long as you're not hurting others in the process).
So, that's why we did it. It combines things we just love doing: fucking and making money. It's fun. We're around a month in now and we're glad we did this. It's not for everyone. Never will be. And that's okay. But if it's for you, then give it a try. Hide yourself a bit if needed. In fact, I would suggest hiding yourself for sure in the beginning. Maybe later you can reveal yourself but do that in the beginning and there's no going back. More on that topic in my next post!
