Porn Report: Five Month's In. Time To Grow!

It's hard to believe Stefano and I have been making porn for around five months now. We've amassed a large collection of videos, currently over 100 can be found at Pornhub, and even hit major milestones like our one millionth view on Pornhub (celebratory Fucktacular video can be found here).

Keeping It Real

Speaking of reaching 1,000,000 views. As I talked about in MILESTONE Report: One Million Views On Pornhub, our original goal was to reach 1 million views by the end of 2019 (along with trying to get 5,000 subscribers and at least 50 videos by then). Exceeding our goals so early (1.1 million views, 6,000+ subscribers, and over 100 videos in 5 months rather than 10) is a huge accomplishment.

It's an even bigger deal because, unlike some content producers, we try to make quality porn that we'd watch (because, well, we do watch our own porn. A lot!). That means we're not uploading some boring 30 second clip. The vast majority of our videos are 10-20 minutes long and are mostly of real sex that we'd have without cameras rolling.

A few are longer, and we have a handful of shorter clips that aren't for everyone's taste but we upload them because fans request them (like bath and showering videos). We use high quality cameras with good lighting (read this for more on lighting) rather than crappy, shaky cell phone footage shot vertically instead of horizontally (my biggest porn pet peeve). We also edit every video to adjust lighting, colors, etc and edit out the boring bits. After all, you don't want to watch me rolling over and getting into the next position, you want to see me fucking!

This was stuff we didn't know how to do 5 months ago. We didn't even have a computer that could process 4K video back then and bought one just to do that. That then meant learning how to edit videos (see this post) which is why our earliest videos aren't as good as our more recent videos. And all of that learning is why I started this blog in the first place, to share what we've learned to help others.

Most important of all, our videos are very much about the sex so we don't waste 20 minutes of your time with some boring story about a maid cleaning your apartment followed by 3 minutes of sex. We're just real people who have real sex and have fun doing it. Same as it's been for 20 years, only now we have cameras rolling and lighting that makes us sweat more! While we do some minor roleplaying and scene setup dialog, the focus is and will always be on the sex.

Show Me The Money

As I plan to do in each monthly Porn Report, let's talk about money. Because, it's the single most popular topic everyone seems to want to know about. If you first want to catch up, be sure to read Porn Report: Four Months Later Rolling In Money (Well, Maybe Not).

In all of June of 2019 we made just over $500. We also started expanding our porn empire to more than just Pornhub. Sure, Pornhub is the biggest porn site out there but putting your eggs in one basket is likely not the best bet. So we stream our videos on Pornhub but also sell download versions of them on other sites.

During June we uploaded our videos to several other sites which we talk about here. Because it took most of the month to upload all of them, that means July will be the first full month of real sales data from these new sites. So, let's dig into the numbers (all in USD, rounding to whole dollars)...

Pornhub.com = $471
Manyvids.com = $122
AmateurPorn.com = $8
Clips4Sale.com = $61
iWantClips.com = $6
JULY 2019 TOTAL = $668

* Note that iWantClips.com was a late addition in July and thus isn't fairly represented here. We're not holding our breath on this one but we will wait another month to see if sales roll in there or not.

How does this compare to June when we made just over $500? Well, first off, June included some generous tips that inflated the numbers a bit whereas July included fewer tip dollars. This means in some ways it isn't an apples to apples comparison. Then again, all we really care about is total dollars and in that way it is a fair comparison so here we go...

April 2019 = $40
May 2019 = $100
June 2019 = $508
July 2019 = $668

Remember how June included a lot of tip money from Pornhub? Well, if we look at non-tip money (video views and sales only) then the increase overall is even bigger from June to July which makes July a 77% improvement over June on Pornhub (that's approaching a 2x increase month over month) which seems to show our growth there.

ManyVids is our second best site by far and one we've really liked from the start. We'll continue to upload on these sites and monitor them over time. Those that don't earn much will likely get dumped somewhere down the road.

Porn's Biggest Problem: Support. Or Lack Thereof.

Something else I've noticed over five months is the lack of support from porn websites. I've had nothing but issues getting timely support from most websites out there. I don't require much support but when I do it's frustrating to wait days or weeks to get a reply. Weeks!!! Some sites are good. Clips4Sale was fast the one time I used them. ManyVids is mostly good as well. But other sites can be really slow.

I'm working on setting up at OnlyFans and their support was horrible. They rejected my documents (wrongly) and just wouldn't explain why and wouldn't reply to any of the emails I sent. I re-submitted a couple of weeks later and after another delay the SAME EXACT documents were approved. Annoying. A while after that came the reply emails from my first attempt which still never explained the rejection but basically said "sorry it took so long but don't worry because you're approved now" and not much else. Ugh.

If you want to be taken seriously as a company, you need good support. This is even more important in the world of porn which, let's face it, can be a little shady at times. Otherwise you're just as bad as all of the big tech companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. It's a shame these companies don't do better in this area. Oddly enough, support and support automation is an area we have some expertiese in so if any of you porn websites want to hire us as consultants we could drastically make things better for your customers!

FAQ: A Little Bit About Milf Stella

I get asked a lot of questions everyday. I mean, a literal metric shit-ton of question (by weight, not volume). Most are personal questions about me and often they're a little too personal so I won't answer them. Other times they're just fine and I answer them. So I figured I'd post some of the most popular questions here. It's going to sound like I'm a bitch, but I'm really not, I just have no patience for morons. How can I see more of you? There is only one way, join one of my Fan Club subscriptions. I'm on MV Crush , Pornhub Fan Club , and OnlyFans . I also have a free YouTube channel . Hey! Hi! How are you? What are you up to? What's new? The single most annoying question I get is a variation on those. It's as if every guy on the planet is one and the same and the unoriginal and most boring person ever. I'm not trying to be rude, but for fuck's sake I don't want to make small talk with you. Do you really care how I'm doi

The Problem With Pornhub Exporting Your Videos To YouPorn, RedTube, and Tube8

I love the majority of how Pornhub works. I like how they allow me to opt in to this service they offer like this one... OPTIONAL SERVICES: Opt-in to automatically protect your content on free websites and gain 5% bonus ad revenue ...which basically says that any video you upload for streaming to Pornhub will only go on Pornhub. You can still sell them as downloads on other sites but you can only stream them on Pornhub. In exchange, they give you a 5% ad revenue bonus (which is peanuts to be clear) but they also protect your content as part of this program. How Does Pornhub Protect My Content? Simple, when they find your videos streaming on other sites they send a DMCA takedown notice to that site to get it removed. You could do this yourself but it's very time consuming. And you sending a DMCA probably doesn't carry the same weight as when Pornhub sends a DMCA. So I opted in to this service so that they can send DMCAs on my behalf. And they have several times and it mostly wor

Morons - Post 1 Of Many

I had a paying member on my Patreon page get all moronic on me. So, I decided to start a new series of posts about morons because I seem to have way too many interactions with complete morons. I'm sharing this with you because it's sort of funny but also so you can understand what it's like to be a girl in the adult industry as well as how not to be a moron yourself. So this guy, let's call him Vic, because, well, that's the name he uses as his profile! Vic is a moron. Not your run of the mill moron, but a colossal moron. Vic joined my Patreon page at the end of March. Literally the end, last day or two of March. If you're not familiar with Patreon at least know that they bill on the 1st of the month, every month you are subscribed. But when you join you're also charged the full fee (based on the subscription tier you choose) at the time you join. There are valid reasons why they do this but basically it means that if you join on March 30 and pay $10 y
